　　Sagem  Mobiles  R＆D（Ningbo）Corporation  Ltd.（SMRDN），which  is  located  in  Ningbo，a  developed  southeast  coastal  city  of  China，is  a  high-tech  research  and  development  enterprise  wholly-owned  and  share-controlled  by  Sagem  Wireless（France）。The  corporation，as  the  only  R＆D  center  of  Sagem  Wireless，devotes  itself  to  the  design，research  and  development  of  mobile  phones  and  related  electronic  components  and  software.
