　　公司于1998年成立于澳洲墨尔本，于香港设有分部，提供一系列的金融投资服务，例如股票，基金，外汇和黄金，是一个投资理财的咨询服务机构。

　　Wyham　Center　was　established　in　Melbourne　of　Australia　in　1998　with　subsidiaries　in　Hong　Kong.  　Wyham　is　a　consulting　institution　that　provides　comprehensive　information　for　investment　products　and　services　such　as　stocks，　funds，　forex　and　bullion.

　　2006年于广州开设分公司，成为广州首批专业理财的教育机构（新快报教育版和广东电视台新闻频道报导）。公司经过不断的发展，业务范围已经遍及全国。

　　2007年，经中国注册理财规划师协会CFP广东管理心评估审核，纬瀚正式成为CFP广州指定培训机构，提供注册理财规划师等一系列资格认证。中国注册理财规划师协会是经中华人民共和国香港社团署及工商税务署核准登记注册的国际社团及工商组织，国际理事会设在中国国际金融中心香港，下设中国注册理财规划师行业标准委员会、中国注册理财规划师资质考试委员会、中国注册理财规划师教材编辑委员会、中国注册理财规划师职业能力评估委员会、银行专业委员会、保险规划专业委员会、证券专业委员会、风险管理委员会、税务规划专业委员会、产品评估专业委员会；考试委员会设在北京。

　　Wyham　was　designated　as　the　exclusive　agent　for　Standard　Bullion　and　Plotio　Bullion　in　China.  Since　1988，Standard　Bullion　is　the　active　member　of　The　Chinese　Gold　and　Silver　Exchange　Society（Membership　No.  103）in　Hong　Kong　providing　bullion　trading　to　brokerages　houses　and　individual　clients　globally.  Plotio　group　is　established　in　1983，mainly　is　engaged　in　Hong　Kong　property　development，investment　and　management.  The　group　has　become　a　publicly　listed　company　on　the　Main　Board　of　The　Stock　Exchange　of　Hong　Kong　since　1997.
