　　Web　International　English　was　established　in　1998　with　the　aim　of　providing　Chinese　people　a　better　and　more　effective　way　of　learning　English.  To　do　this　we　have　adopted　some　of　the　world’s　most　advanced　Computer　Assisted　Language　Learning（CALL）software.

　　Web’s　teaching　system　was　immediately　successful　and　we　have　since　gone　on　to　establish　more　than　50　centers　in　China，in　such　cities　as：Shanghai，Guangzhou，Dalian，Chongqing，Hangzhou，Ningbo，Wuxi，Nanjing，Shenyang，Urumqi，Suzhou，Changzhou，Wenzhou，Xiamen，Tianjin，Chengdu，Xi’an，Nanchang，Shenzhen，Fuzhou，Hefei，Changsha，Qingdao，Taiyuan，etc.

　　We　are　committed　to　small　class　sizes　to　ensure　that　all　students　get　the　attention　they　need.  The　maximum　number　of　students　in　Private　Classes　is　limited　to　4.  In　the　larger　salon　classes，where　the　focus　is　more　on　group　work　and　discussion，the　maximum　class　size　is　10.
