　　HAAA（China）is　an　operation　arm　invested　by　a　group　of　non　government　organizations　specialized　in　health　insurance　administration　and　health　management　from　United　States　of　America.  HAAA　is　dedicated　to　promote　accessible，affordable　and　quality　care　for　Chinese　and　healthcare　reform　in　China　by　introducing　comprehensive　healthcare　innovation　solutions.  At　present，some　pilot　healthcare　innovation　programs　are　being　developed　and　implemented　in　some　prefectures　in　cooperation　with　local　governments.
