职位描述:
Responsibilities：§Own and maintain the master schedules，and cost baselines for NEW PLANT projects.§Activities of Schedule follow-up and Cost control.§Administration of the change orders.§Periodical reporting to the NEW PLANT project team（program manager and project managers）and to the Engineering construction manager.
Main activities-Define clearly the PMO responsibilities，mission and working methods，then communicate it to engineering and project teams.-Manage the interface and perimeter of AMO company-With F＆G，issue the baselines for schedule and cost of the projects，approved by all the project actors.-Gather the engineering and construction teams input to track the progress.-Supervise and facilitate the F＆G‘s activities.-Participate to the progress review meetings.-Support the construction team and manager in bringing the needed information.-Review and provide the reporting to the project team.-In case of risk or deviation，participate to the analysis in bringing some appropriate solutions to minimize the impact.-Analyze the change orders，clarify its consequences on schedule and cost.-With F＆G，update schedule and cost according to the progress status.-Collaborate closely with cost controller team.-Participate to the variance analysis.
Means and conditions of success：-Must work closely with the project managers and the project cost controller team-Ensure the quality of data，in particular of the JDE P2P data，-Ensure the collaboration of the NEW PLANT project key members.
Requirements：-Bachelor’s degree.-More than 10 years related experience，project planning，organized，synthesis，technical background.-Good command of English.
