职位描述:
Main Requirements:
1. Lead Pull Through initiatives for INVISTA's yarn specification mainly in Hong Kong area.
2. Specify Antron fibers and NOUVENTTM SDN via FC activity in Hong Kong to achieve project specification or additional indirect yarn sales
3. Act as a knowledge resource to support flooring specification projects not only in HK but also for projects that may be designed/specified in Hong Kong but projects located in mainland China.
4. Network with INVISTA-aligned global carpet mills in assigned territory to support whole China team.
5. Build-up a good relationship with A&Ds, End Users in assigned territory.
Main Requirements:
1. A Bachelors degree with at least 5 years working experience in carpet/fiber/interior related industry advantageous
2. Experience on marketing type activity such as pull through and gaining specifications from the end users or experience in marketing to interior design projects
3. Good communication skills especially in presentations and written responses to enquiries(English and Chinese-Mandarin and Cantonese).
4. High ethical standards to comply with company policies and compliance standards
5. Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and displays flexibility and adaptability
6. Work independently and with confidence
7. Keen sense of self management with regards to work prioritization, issues resolution and time management
