Job　scopes：-Department　management　and　working　process　instruction　within　company　strategy　and　regulation-To　audit，analyze　and　suggest　the　supplier　for　product　needs-Supplier‘s　capacity　evaluation　and　outsourcing　plan-Key　supplier　management，problem　solving，development-In　charge　of　daily　routine　decision　making　of　purchasing-Purchase　component　and　material　to　ensure　on　time　delivery，-Progress　supervise　and　quality　monitoring，-Localize　parts　for　cost　saving-Follow　PO　and　accomplish　contract，-Regular　reporting　on　related　on　procurement　issue
Requirements：-Fluent　in　Mandarin　and　English.-Bachelor　degree　or　above-At　least　three　years　of　purchasing　experience-Capabilities　of　department　management.-Auto　CAD　skill　and　a　full　complement　of　Microsoft　software　capability.-Willing　and　able　to　flexibility　work　within　a　developing　organization，-Knowledge　of　equipment　for　the　pulp　and　paper　industry　will　be　a　plus.-Any　skills　having　participated　in　the　process　of　ERP，MRP　will　be　a　plus.
