Responsibility:1. Supervise the purchasing of all material, equipment, tools etc. for projects or production;负责指导为项目或生产准备的全部物料，设备和工具等的采购工作;2. Executing and monitoring of Project purchasing plan;执行和监督项目采购计划;3. Set up, maintain and optimize the management process of warehouse; Plan suitable warehouse layout to make fully use of the storage space;建立，维护和优化仓库的管理流程;为确保仓储空间的充分使用，规划和设计仓库的空间布置；4. Ensure the proper handling of the material. This includes material receiving process flow, material entering warehouse process flow, production material dispatch process flow and process flow for packing and delivery;确保物料的恰当处理，包括物料的接受、入库、生产物料分配和包装交付的流程优化；5. Create material requirement plan. Define the types of inventory and the categories. Analyze material parameters and settings (minimum and maximum inventory levels, Purchase to order and Purchase to stock etc) ;建立物料需求计划，定义存货的种类和类型，分析物料的参数和设置(最优库存水平等)6. Define team members’ duties, recruit and train employees and evaluate their performance;明确团队成员的工作职责，团队的日常培训和工作绩效的评价；Requirements:1. University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering; 本科以上学历，工商管理或工业工程相关专业;2. 2 -3 years experience in Procurement and Supplier management;2-3 年的采购或供应商管理相关工作经验;3. 5 years experience in Warehouse management;5 年仓库管理工作经验;4. 3-5 years experience as Supervisor in similar position;3-5 年的主管或相关的管理经验;5. Experience with SAP - especially MM-Module;SAP中MM模块的相关使用经验;6. Basic knowledge of Gas insulated switchgears (GIS).了解GIS的基本知识。
