Responsibilities
-Make sure that the purchasing is competitive，qualified and timely
-Responsible for the negotiation with suppliers，signing frame agreement，price list and other documents which are related with purchasing and suppliers
-Solve quality problems with quality department to improve the product quality level from suppliers
-Purchase Cost reduction
-Finish other distributed jobs
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above with major in Material Processing，Mechanical Engineering，Civil Engineering etc.
-At least 3 years experience with machining components purchasing（better with bearings components）；
-Excellent communication，planning and negotiation skills；
-Honest and can improve under high pressure
-Cost consciousness
-Team Work
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Good command of PC skills
