Job Purpose：
Assist customer to prepare for the import/export documents, warehouse stuffing coordination , trucking coordination
On-site Customer service to execute daily customer service, operation and documentation handling as per customer and CEVA internal request.

Key Accountabilities：
1.Truck arrangement for Ocean/Air shipments;
2.Work with original office for air & ocean Export and Import Forecast/booking arrangement;
3.Work with CS team for shipment delivery to Airport/Ocean Port with special Docs preparation;
4.Work with Customer to execute Docs like, Booking/Packing/Invoice/CO/Insurance/Customs.Declaration/Destination pre-alert to end customer;
5.Update Customer Billing System with supporting like POD, HAWB, and AR monitoring;Upload supporting Docs into Customer Billing Systems;
6.On-site KPIs monitoring and reviewing with customer.
职位要求：
1. Education & Qualifications: College or above;
2. Experience: At least 2 years air / ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry; experience in freight forwarding industry;Better to have on-site working experience;
3. Specialist Knowledge & Skills: familiar with freight forwarding operation;
4. Interpersonal & Communication Skills: self-disciplined with high responsibility;Mandarin and English language proficiency;Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties;Computer literate(Can use Office soft like Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint )
