职位描述:

Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
Customer service representative who is handling air import shipment into Shanghai station coverage.
Work with origins, gateway, Customs broker, trucker to ensure the import shipments are smoothly customs cleared and delivered to consignee on time.
Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Receive and check pre-alert to be prepared for incoming shipments
2 Confirm arrival status and send arrival notice to consignee on time
3 Coordinate Customs Clearance process and delivery
4 Keeping close contact with customer for shipment status updating & problem solving
5 Answering overseas inquiries and involving in daily correspondences with network for shipments status and solutions;
6 Prepare and send report to customer if required
7 Accrual relate cost/revenue in system and billing to right side
8 To clarify the irregular cargo status and work out the solution to solve the problem like: Cargo missing, cross labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received
9 Perform any ad hoc projects assigned by superior
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
Essential Desirable
Education & Qualifications
College graduates
Experience Min 2 years working experience in air import customer service and/or operations in multi-national freight forwarders
Import customs brokerage knowledges and experiences is a plus
Specialist Knowledge & Skills Good written English
Oral English capability, be able to communicate with foreigner
Good PC skills especially in MS Excel
Good PPT skill
Interpersonal & Communication Skills Good communication skills
