职位描述:
Main Purpose of Job:To manage the material supply chain from sales order receipt to despatch by the optimum use of manufacturing capacity and materials.Main Elements:
1.Demand Management-monitor inflow of orders,maintain forecast as per lead-times quoted,manage customer escalations within lead-time.Provide order promise to sales,and improve On-Time Delivery performance.2.Production Planning&Scheduling-Ensure timely release of MPS,manage bottlenecks,check rough-cut capacity,monitor adherence to MPS.3.Minimise working Capital,by improving inventory turns.4.Reduce Non-moving material,and charge to customer for obsolescence generated due to Engineering changes,EOL's,etc.5.Work with sourcing to reduce MPQ's,and order on basis of MPQ's and not MOQ's.6.Work with sourcing to set-up buffer stocks at key suppliers(through Supplier Purchase Agreements),and to set-up Pull-based replenishment/Kanbans.7.Improve material accounting,by improving deliverables out of ERP system.And implement cycle counting,to analyse&eliminate root cause for variances.8.Improve 5S in stores.9.Implement best practices in the different areas related to materials management(like bar-coding warehouse,poka-yoke,etc),&promote continuous improvement.10.Monitor&reduce logistics cost.11.Contribute toward company manufacturing strategy.12.Define staff goals&motivate staff to ensure goals are achieved.13.Definition and measurement of department performance(i.e.Stock turnover,Stock accuracy,Material shortage rate,etc).14.Identify and implement professional training requirements.

Requirements1.Bachelor's degree or above with engineering or business background.2.5+years fully time supply chain management experience,esp.in planning,import&export,warehouse management.3.Experience in EMS and/or high mix low volume business would be a plus4.Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.Strong management skill with aggressive approaches.5.Highly sense of responsibility,self-driven and result-driven,used to work under great pressure6.Effective skills in the coordination of cross-functional teams and comfortable with working in a matrix organization.7.Excellent computer skills with competence in Word,Power Point and Excel software,etc.Stronge background in ERP utilization.
