职位描述:

职位意图
协助销售总监制定营销策略,根据公司既定营销计划和布局,拓展客户渠道,推广和跟进销售力度,保证销售业务的顺利发展。

主要职责描述:(销售)
1)负责海外代理的维护和业务拓展。包括公司宣传、产品推介、信息沟通、询价报价等,以及进一步的海外代理的发掘和相关拓展。
2)负责配合分公司各项销售业务的发展,监督和跟进本区域的相关指定货的推广和后续服务。
3)负责监督分公司营销工作进程和信息反馈,衔接海外代理的销售联络工作。
4)负责公司安排的客户的销售工作。包括公司宣传、产品推介,客户日常联络以及报价等事宜。
5)负责跟进同行的联络和交叉业务的沟通及推广,包括同国内代理的详细业务询价和信息反馈。不断地巩固和推广国内代理的合作及业务发展。
6)负责海外代理资料的更新和整理。

专业知识、经验、技能
1)3年以上相关工作经验
2)本科学历
3)熟练掌握国际货运代理业务日常听,说及电邮沟通要求
4)熟悉计算机运用技能。能熟练操作各种办公自动化软件
5)拥有丰富的营销工作经验和沟通技巧
6)如果有现成的客户资源更佳

Position Purpose: Assistance and supporting to the implementation of general strategies of company sales,focus of the sales promotion and develop under individual channel,generalize and enhance of a continuous sales action,facilitate to the move up at each sales activities.

Key Accountabilities:
1. full response of the sale promotion and develop with group overseas company and agent.
2. assistance to the each sales plan and fulfillment,monitor and closed follow up relevant nomination cargo service.
3. keep closed communication with overseas sales for market info’s update,follow up sales lead and result tracking.
4. approaching of local target customer with daily tel,mail communication and quotation arranged as well
5. keep touch with local competitor in ideas exchange,share of the market info’s,focus on the target business opportunities
6. well prepared and closed follow up of quotations,business proposal,any other documentation renew with overseas sales
Knowledge,Experience&Skills(Job specific competencies)
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,full sales oriented.
2. college degree or above
3. available on daily e-mail and dialogue on basic int’l freight forwarding business
4. basic PC knowledge is the must
5. full sales knowledge,skills and effective communication
6. existing customer resource is the plus
