Responsibility：To　ensure　yearly　business　plan　meet　company　cost　reduction　target.To　source　and　select　suppiers　timely　that　meet　quality，volume，cost　criteria　to　meet　company　business　objectives.To　set　up　strategy　supplier　base　for　the　raw　material　of　film　and　electrolitic　capacitor　production　Meet　and　exceed　annual　material　cost　reduction　and　compentency　expectation.Develop　purchasing　strategies　for　assigned　commodity　to　achieve　ideal　price　and　meet　cost　savings　target　meeting　Q.V.C　criteria.Manage　the　purchasing　pipe　line，develop　timely　purchasing　actions　in　support　of　current　and　new　programms　and　meeting　cost　target　and　timing.Continuous　search　and　understanding　of　the　commudity　supply　base　ensuring　understanding　of　new　market　trend，new　competitive　supply　base　that　will　meet　the　changing　business　Special　assignment.
Requirements：Bachelor　degree　in　engineering　preferred.Good　English，writing　and　oral　Functions　independently　with　minimal　supervision.Presentation　skills　Good　negotiating　skills　5　years　of　relavant　experience　preferred　Film　and　electrolytic　capacitor　experience　preferred　Team　work.
