Job Description：
1.Responsible for procurement of supplies and materials needed to satisfy business requirements.
负责物料供应以及原材料的计划采购。
2.Determines the quantity and order date for purchased material needed to meet the MRP.
根据物料需求计划决定采购数量和订单日期。
3.Manage inventory levels consistent with company goals by analyzing MRP，ECO，obsolescence and new product effective dates.
通过分析物料需求计划，工程变更通知单，呆滞物料以及新产品生效日期持续控制库存。
4.Maintains an optimal supply of the requirement materials and services at the lowest overall cost，which supports production schedule.
优化物料需求到最低成本以支持生产进度。
5.Work out material plan and coordinate with the master scheduler on the production plan.Works in partnership with production manufacturing to assure all manufacturing orders and requirements are met.
根据订单及生产任务制定物料计划，和主计划及生产部合作达成订单要求。
6.Works with sourcing department and quality department in qualifying and approving vendors.
和采购部门及质量部门及合作确认供应商资格。
7.Negotiates delivery and tracking.
沟通交货日期并追踪。
Requirement：
具体要求：
1.Bachelor or Master degree，prefer majors in Science and Engineering.
学士或硕士学位，专业不限（但工科专业优先）
2.At least 3 or 4 years of working experience in material and planning functions in Multi-national companies.Strong inventory control mindset.
至少三到四年外资企业物料计划经验。具有较强的库存控制的理念。
3.Solid experience with ERP system（especially the material，inventory control and planning module）。Prefer Oracle and SAP.
非常丰富的ERP操作经验（物料、库存和计划模块），Oracle或SAP
4.Proficiency in both written and oral English.
良好的英语沟通能力（书面及口语）。
5.Action oriented.High engagement.Innovation to find new and better solution way.
