Qualification任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree，Major should be mechanical technology or engineering.
本科以上学历，机制工艺或工程类专业
Over 5 years of purchasing experience in mechanical manufacturing field，especially familiar with production process such as：machining，stamping＆forming，casting，etc.
机械制造领域5年以上采购经验，熟悉生产过程，比如：金属材料机加工、冲压成型、铸造等
Familiar with Supplier selection procedure，Good knowledge about TS16949.
熟悉供应商选择程序，知晓TS16949标准内容。
Oral English and Spoken English must be good；良好的英语听说能力Good communication skill and team workmanship
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神Familiar with Project Management is preferable
熟悉项目管理的优先
Willing to travel
能适应经常出差
Duties and Responsibilities
职责：
Local commodity resource investigation.
本地化零部件资源的调研
RFQ and negotiation
零部件的询价与商务谈判
Issue PO and get acknowledgement，get NL，LTA signed，supplier delivery plan tracking
负责PO发送与确认，与供应商签订NL以及LTA等，以及交货计划追踪
Work with SQE and should be the champion of the whole process of supplier development including quality issues.
与SQE合作，全面协调供应商开发的全过程工作，包含质量事务的协调。
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and file documents
供应商关系维护与文件存档
Build and implement localization and cost saving plan
本地化与成本降低计划的制定与落实
Conduct performance assessment on supplier
供应商表现评价工作
Assist Equipment/tooling/gage purchasing
协助设备、模具与量具等的采购工作
Any other task that may be assigned by purchasing manager.
采购经理分配的其他任务Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training.Familiar hazard communication
