Job　Summary：

1.Lead　specific　project　to　support　the　Volvo　CE　P＆SM　objectives　and　goals

2.Report　to　the　Site　Purchasing　Manager-China

3.Work　under　the　leadership　of　the　China　Commodity　Leader　on　the　business　side　for　his　segments



Key/Primary　Responsibilities：

1.Responsible　for　specific　projects

1）China　Localization

2）Supplier　Reduction

3）Cost　Reduction　projects（Commercial，Technical，etc.。。）

4）New　Product　introduction

2.Improve　QDC　performance

3.Perform　the　activities　required　for　the　project：optimize　the　total　cost（Quality，logistics，manufacturing，etc.），purchasing　requisitions，tooling　investment　files

4.Search　for　opportunities　to　improve　the　items　cost

5.Contribute　to　the　achievement　of　the　global　KPI‘s

6.Work　in　accordance　with　the　Volvo　CE　processes，the　Volvo　Way，and　the　Volvo　values　and　behaviors.



Requirements：

1.Commercial　and/or　technical　background

2.Ideally　more　than　two　years　of　experience　from　sourcing.

3.Ability　to　support　and　work　in　a　geographically　and　organizationally

4.Strong　communication　skills　and　social　competence.

5.Undergraduate　degree　in　Mechanical　engineering　or　related　major.

6.MBA　degree　will　be　a　plus.
