Centralized Services Centre (CSC) is the in-house outsourcing service provider of Panalpina Greater China.Our main activities are data entry and system processing.

To put CSC into function, we’re looking for dynamic candidates to fill in the position of Control Tower.The right candidate should take the following responsibilities and fulfill requirements as stated:
Control Tower 运输督导Responsibilities:
Vendor management & shipment co-ordination in close collaboration with Panalpina Business Units
Run shipment planning & monitoring reports
Update Panalpina Systems as per customer & internal instructions
Regional claims settlement monitoring, clean up and review - internally with countries and support KAM externally with customers during QBR.
A) Co-ordination and prioritization activities for/to Panalpina entities in case of irregularities such as customer complaints, claims, misrouting, missing cargo, delays etc.
B) Analysis of problems / Co-ordinate for root causes analysis and corrective action plans
C) Support local project team / Operations in their relationship with the customer / Trouble
Shooting with customer (in exceptional cases)
Support and consult M&S / Operations and/or other functions for specific tasks/projects such as Business Implementation, SOP reviews, Customer specific IT development etc.)
A) Continuous process improvement - KPI management, regularly review of process, suggestion for improvement, implementation and follow up
B) Regular meetings with customer (review etc.)
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the transport / freight forwarding / logistics field
Solid understanding and knowledge of air & ocean freight
Strong analytical skills
Ability to handle and relate large quantities of data
Well structured, change oriented and result focused
High affinity to IT products
Ability to solve problems quickly and completely - think in solutions.
Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture, and is able to lead a multicultural, international team
Assertive, pro-active and team player
Proficiency in MS Office applications
