Job Descriptions:
* Implementation of effective customer categorization with both current customers and new customers;
- Corporate: local & foreign corporation
- Government: diplomatic mission, local government, chamber of commerce
- Individual customer: local & expatriate
* Being systematic and aggressive in developing new customers via following:
- Secure joint promotion with reputable life style brand and corporation at least 3 times a year;
- Target commerce building blitz twice a month
- To be capable to conduct 2 Direct Sales event every quarter in each of the city with preset target sales and marketing strategy
- Monthly customer database update for regional office to ensure it will be an effective tool to generating sales as well as communication with customers
- Completely update on Direct Sales operation policy and procedure for region by incorporating National standard by end of April
* Sourcing out Direct Sales database as much as possible by below channel;
- Event
- Foreign member club, such as GWIC, German Chamber, AmCham, Italian Chamber
- Advertisement in magazine and newspaper
- Sending out promotions to our database
- Customer referral
- Call in customer
- Banks & governments
- E-business, such as Group purchase websites or
- Consulate in region
- Government / Military Unit / Police office, etc
- Customers sourcing out from yellow books
* Work out region Direct Sales and management system;
* Set-up region Direct Sales organization chart and manpower structures;
* Maximize Direct Sales of existing customers;
人员要求
- 24-35岁,大学以上学历;
- 良好的的英文能力;
- 3年以上酒类销售经验,有直销及私人客户销售背景;
- 有一定的客户资源及相关信息;
- 具备独立工作能力,能适应频繁出差的工作环境。
