职位描述:
-Monitoring,coordinating and control of total order processing,accepting of all delivery schedules(OEM,OES,AM and prototype by PM)and transfer into online system
-Deadline monitoring of delivery plan
-Coordinating with sales department in case of order deviation
-Preparing different reports concerning development and change of customer order
-Informing superior about the order status regularly or in case of problem
-Informing customer about deviation of required or already confirmed delivery quantity and date
-Setting priority for customer delivery date
-Arranging dispatch processing
-Directly contact customer as a link with customer in logistics area including consignment,package etc.
-Prepare the sales plan and delivery schedule and update it and satisfy the customer‘s requirement if needed to coordinate in the whole supply chain.
-Transportation logistics(customer side)
-Select the right forwards
-Arrange the transportation for the company and improve the system.
-According to the recall requirement and special requirement from the customer to link the traceability system.
Process management
-As a key user to control the process function and improve the process.
-Implmenting JIT delivery or as required by customert
