Detailed Duties: 1. Assists Brisbane office in planning the manufacturing and sourcing of modules and components. 2. Audits production of modules, visiting production facilities and inspecting manufactured items to ensure components and assemblies are within specification. 3. Investigates procurement of components from sources in China co-ordinating the effective specification and the inspection of purchased items. 4. Co-ordinates planning and implementation of logistics to ensure components are shipped to meet delivery schedules. 5. Visits potential customer facilities to investigate access to installation sites and to gather required information to allow effective design and cost estimating of project. 6. Makes presentations on technical aspects of the companies technology.. 7. Assists in the planning and executing of aspects of the strategy for the region from a bottom-up perspective. 8. Works with alliance partner to develop a close relationship to enhance reliable supply chain, marketing and sales. 9. Assists in the development of suitable sales aides for the region including technical training of sales representatives. 10. Develops plans and budgets for operating the technical presence in the region. 11. Establish and administer organisation and operational administrative systems. 12. Responsible for ensuring technical documents and procedures are translated correctly.
