1、负责进出口客户订单的执行及客户服务；
2、负责与国内外客商的采购询价、订货、合同管理及跟进执行、验货、清点数量及证书；
3、负责采购成本预算、核价及分析，制作并执行采购计划、付款计划；
4、负责相关进出口和内贸单证的跟踪和处理；
5、参与石化项目有关的具体事务性操作；
岗位要求：
1、熟悉工业产品外贸规则及业务流程，2年以上相关工作经验，专科以上学历，熟悉石化产品，有资源基础者优先；
2、具有良好的国际贸易知识和实务经验，具有良好的综合协调能力和较高的沟通技巧；
3、工作努力、积极、热忱；
4、熟练英语，熟练使用电脑。
5、有外贸公司工作经验者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
Report to the trade director
Responsible for translating internal and external corporate communication, e.g. clients database, brochures, press releases, presentations, marketing materials, etc
Interact with management team, and facilitate communication, including interpretation and translation
Research, compile, summarize, and analyze information to formulate correspondence and respond to various inquiries
Research potential clients via cold call, Internet, database searching etc.
Screen mail and callers, respond to and route inquiries to appropriate personnel as necessary
Perform word processing and desktop publishing
Database settle up and maintain
Candidate Requirements
University degree or equivalent academic qualification
Good understanding and Knowledge of issues, and documentation types of the field of Finance, Accounting and Auditing
Strong computer literacy, especially Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook etc.
Excellent time management and able to work independently
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Certain experience in translation from Chinese to English and vice versa, preferably in Professional service industry
Consulting, accounting, audit, economy, trade and business background is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Confident, independent, open-minded, and well-organized
Self-motivation, initiative, can-do attitude and teamwork spirits
Computer literate: Working knowledge of PC’s and related word-processing and spreadsheet software
Willing to travel to other cities on occasions
