A promising future is waiting for you！YOUR MISSION
Be Responsible for one logistics department.
You manage our own company（your department）with full autonomy.
-You define your ambitious long-term project and lead your department to develop.
-Work directly in the Distribution Center（DC）and report to DC manager
-Recruit，induct，train，and manage a team of 4 to 10 person.
-Pilot of your activities in terms of lead-time，productivity and service quality.
-Be able to suggest new actions to improve economic performance and working organizations.
-Guarantee the logistics flow smooth to satisfy our customers in Decathlon China stores.
-Be responsible for daily inventory to guarantee the stock accuracy.
-Plan and optimize the layout of distribution center.Keep it clear and in order.
YOUR PROFILE
-Sports enthusiastic and practice sports regularly.
-University degree in China or/and abroad，bachelor or above.
-Chinese nationality，fluent in English.French and oversea experience will be a plus.
-Team spirit，responsible，dynamic，vital，frank，concrete，demanding.
-Have long-term project for personal develop within the project of the company.
-Good communication skill.
-Manager or potential manager
WORKING LOCATION
-1 or 2 month to work in Decathlon stores to have customer orientation sense
-Long-term project to work in distribution center Kunshan Huaqiao and new opening Beijing site.
