岗位职责：1、全面负责进口/出口业务的管理，致力于建立国际市场营销网络，寻求国际间的贸易机会，设计各种贸易式，组织各项贸易的实施。2、制订年度、月度工作计划、分解落实公司年度进出口目标，组织完成工作任务和市场拓展任务。3、组织进出口业务的合同评审、认定、报批，包括政策和手续的制订，以确保进出口工作符合相关条例。4、负责指导监督进出口的具体事务，包括报关，商业谈判以及合同签署，协调国内的运输事务，与国内外承运人磋商，解决相互间业务对应与衔接，客户服务，费率，货物追踪，客户投诉，国内运输，以及与海外相关业务人员的沟通。5、检查监督收汇和货款结算回笼的工作。6、制订优化内部工作流程、培训与提升下属的业务能力，监督下属员工的工作。岗位要求：1、相关专业本科以上学历，八年以上相关工作经验；五年以上进出口相关工作经验。2、具有一定的国际贸易、国际金融理论和涉外经济合同知识，熟悉经济合同公正、仲裁、诉讼等规程。3、能参考市场信息，结合公司实际制定符合市场趋势、支持公司战略的策略和方案，对政治经济等政策风险、投资收益进行分析判断。4、能有效地利用各种渠道，组织协调不同的资源，落实预定的计划，有较好的管理能力和良好的沟通及协调能力；5、熟练的英语听说读写能力；较好的中文表达能力。Job Description:Responsibility:1. Be responsible for complete import/export business management, concentrate on building up the international marketing network, seeking international business opportunity, design various trade type, organize implements of trades;2. Make up yearly and monthly plan, achieve import & export target, organize and complete the department work and sales work;3. Work for the contract appraisal, confirmation and approval, including the formulation of policy and procedure to match the related regulation of import and export;4. Be responsible for the direct and supervision of the import and export affairs; including declaration, business negotiation, and contract signing. Coordinate the domestic conveyance business and discuss with the affreightment at home and abroad to solve the business procedure of custom service, fee rate, cargo track, complaint, domestic transportation, as well as the coordination with people assigned abroad;5. The check of remit and the returns of payment balance of accounts;6. Establish and optimize the internal work procedure, training work team members, inspect the work of the subordinate employees.Requirements:1. Undergraduate & above of educational background in related speciality is needed , eight years & above related working experience; five years& above working experience in import and export;2. Have knowledge of international business, finance theory and foreign contracts and familiar with the regulations of notarization , arbitration and litigation of contracts;3. Make up supporting strategies and plans according the market trend and company requirements with reference to marketing information; make analysis of policy risk and investment return;4. Ability to use and moderate various sources; implement of decided plan, and to management and coordination;5. High level English and Chinese usage ability, fluent in reading and writing;
