Roles and Responsibilities:
1, be familiar with shop floor management, especially in warehouse.
For example: Goods receiving, dispatch, issuing, internal milkrun, etc.
2, Team management experience, especially for warehouse operators
3, Project management experience
4, Good communication skill
5, Capability to optimize warehouse procedure and WI.
6, Capability to resolve SAP daily issue
7, Good Lean Logistic concept
8, Chemical/oil management experience and machine management experience is preferred
Qualification Requirement:
1, Bachelor degree. Master is preferred
2, At least 2~3 years experience in logistics, especially in warehouse
3, Fluent in spoken and written in English, German is a plus
4, with good logistic understanding and skill, for example: SAP-experiences.
Strong thinking in processes, good understanding of Lean Logistics.
Others (prospects): Highly motivated, moderation skills, conflict management
