职位描述:
-Generates shipping documents according to shipping schedule and sales confirmation.-Contact with forwarders for export arrangement,sending pre-alert to customer of shipments.
-Follow up with forwarders SOP,contact with forwarders for pick up from vendors;arrange shipping schedule according to inquiry.
-Check shipping documents from vendors with purchasing orders and other regulations issued by authorities of China.
-Daily follow up import status and submit to PMC or production department.
-Bachelor,CET4 of English and good in computer operation
-At least 2 years related work experience
-Import and export operation,familiar to each step of international business,forwarder,carrier,Customs and Inspection.
-Good in intercommunion with colleague and team work cooperation
-Priority for certificated Customs coordinator.
