·Source, negotiate with and manage the most competitive suppliers to achieve on-time, in-full delivery and meet quality expectations of current and new projects ·Lead the cross-functional team to achieve annual localization and cost reduction goals ·Actively work with SQ/SD engineer to manage suppliers in both commercial and quality aspects ·Maintain purchasing documents and provide performance reports ·Strictly follow the code of ethics and comply with purchasing procedures Primary requirement for candidate ·Bachelor degree in engineering or technical areas.
