Responsibilities&Tasks
-Receiving purchase requisitions from operational procurement manager
-Submitting purchase demand to Strategic Sourcing Engineer for enquiry and negotiation bundling
-Receiving negotiation result from Strategic Sourocing Engineer
-Preparing and issuing purchase orders in SAP
-Ensuring the purchase orders are issued in time to Suppliers
-Ensuring the good quality of purchasing documents and data in SAP
-Obtaining order confirmation from supplier and storing it in SAP
-Supporting strategic sourcing engineer if necessary to enquiry suppliers,negotiate and conclude contracts
-Managing supplier capacity forecast and planning with key/strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance
-Follow up of Supplier Qualification status
-Supply risk assessments and initiation of adequate supplier evaluation together with Quality,Engineering and Logistics
-Handling complaints with suppliers and forwarding non conformance cost to suppliers
-Arranging the payment to supplier in due time
-Adhereing strictly to Voith policies and regulations(e.g.Code of Conducts,internal trade rules,etc.)

Qualifications&Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or Paper Making is must,1.2+years purchasing experience,preferably in paper industry or heavy machinary industries with proven records
2.Good negotiation skills
3.Proven record of driving results
4.Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business
5.Proficiency in comanding English;German is an additional advantage..
