Logistics　Financial　Controller　配送中心物流预算主管（昆山花桥）


Responsibilities：
You　guarantee　the　financial　management　in　Logistics.
-Short　term，you　guarantee　performances　are　achieved，budget　are　met，staff　productivity　improvement　and　investments　in　my　zone.
-Long　term，you　guarantee　the　growth　of　my　scope.

Choosing，analysing　and　managing　economic　and　relevant　indicators：
-You　guarantee　quality　and　accuracy　of　my　area‘s　economic　data.
-Every　month，you　carry　out　the　economic　report　of　my　area.

You　organise　the　budgetary　process　for　each　activity　manager　and　ensure　consistency
-You　ensure　deadlines　are　met　and　help　managers　to　ensure　the　process　runs　smoothly
-You　approve　the　budget　commitment　for　each　activity　manager　and　consolidate　my　scope

You　help　managers　to　be　more　efficient　in　managing　their　activity
-You　ensure　managers　are　trained　in　manage　tools　and　methods
-You　improve　tools　to　help　managers　perform　better　in　implementing　corporate　strategy
-In　relation　with　Human　Resources，you　produce　our　bonus　systems　in　line　with　our　strategies

Requirements：
-Sports　enthusiastic　and　practice　sports　regularly.
-University　degree　in　China　or/and　abroad，bachelor　or　above.
-Good　communication　skill.
-Team　spirit，responsible　and　demanding.
-Fluent　in　English.French　and　oversea　experience　will　be　a　plus.
