职位描述:

Position Summary:
-Developes and manages the direction and daily activities of the Divisions materials and services with the focus on people,organization,process and information technology.This includes customer strategic forecasting/order entry,complete follow through the manufacturing processing cycle time,and ensuring timely logistical processing of product.Responsible for embracing and driving lean enterprises systems throughout the division supply chain.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
-Position will directly report to the BUM with additional accountability to the Manager,Division/Group Supply Chain Management.Will manage the complete material control process including procurement,production/inventory control,and transportation logistics.Will interact with all levels of BU management;including operational,engineering,quality control,marketing and finance.Key supplier and key customer contact essential.

Essential Functions:
-Develop and implement an organization
-wide and integrated supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost
-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers.
-Lead,direct,and control all supply and logistics policies,procedures,and activities to maximize the efficiency,reliability,timeliness,and cost effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.Activities may include:materials planning and control,procurement,inventory management,storage,warehouse and logistics.
-Oversee the overall supply and logistics budget;monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources and priorities spending.
-Establish targets in areas such as transit and delivery times;inventory levels;purchasing,warehousing,and storage costs;and service standards and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals.
-Research,negotiate,maintain,monitor,and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers so that the organisation has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards of quality,timeliness and cost.
-Liaise with other functions across the organization(particularly in customer service and production planning)to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
-Lead,direct,evaluate,and develop professional and para-professional staff to ensure that the organisation‘s logistics strategy is implemented effectively,consistently,and according to established guidelines and budgets.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5-7 years managerial experience in supply chain management.
-Four-year college degree in business,engineering,or materials management required with certification in supply chain management preferred.
-Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.
-Must have advanced computer skills and be able to understand of electronic processing.
-Excellent written,verbal,and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
-Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprises principles and practices.
-Good English-ERP experience
