职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop appropriate strategic sourcing plans to guide the team's sourcing activities
2. Conduct negotiations with suppliers focusing on conditions and terms of purchase contracts
3. Conduct supplier audits to ensure their operations are in compliance with TS13485 and ISO 9000
4. Make market analysis on commondity basis and offer top management budgeting plans accordingly
5. Lead benchmarks setting to guide the team's sourcing activities
6. PMP objective setting and evaluation for QR buyerDefine and modify requirements of BU engineers
7. Supplier consolidation
Job Requirements:
1. Major in Engineering preferred. Knowledge and experiences in electronic field is must.
2.5 years of sourcing experience with at least 2 years of
3. Supply Base Management experience; Team management experience and skillful in supplier development and management;
4. Good communication, coordination and coaching skills; Good organization ability
5. Familiar with ERP system and office softwares esp. Good at Excel and PPT
6. Good Knowledge of TS13485 and ISO 90007. Fluent oral and written English, CET-6 above8. Can stand high pressure.
