Key　Job　Nature：Execute　product　strategy　to　achieve　budgeted　revenue，including　sourcing　material　and　manufacturers，managing　and　overseeing　the　overall　product　development，and　price　negotiation　with　vendors　and　suppliers.Act　as　middleman　for　buyer　and　manufacturers　to　fulfill　order　and　enquiries，negotiate　with　factories，and　ensure　smooth　operation.Take　responsibility　on　capacity　planning　in　advance　of　each　season　to　ensure　on-time　delivery：quota　availability　checking　is　critical.Involve　in　price　negotiation.Involve　in　and　responsible　for　quick　resolution　during　bulk　execution.Works　closely　with　QA　team　if　necessary.Set　up　visitors‘itinerary　and　traveling　schedule.If　necessary，will　be　traveling　with　visitors　to　factories　to　provide　support　and　follow　up　afterwards.Hold　periodical　meeting　within　department　with　merchandizing　staff　to　ensure　pro-to/bulk　execution　on　time　and　right.Give　on-going　training　and　guidance　to　merchandising　staff　to　ensure　they　are　able　to　perform　their　responsibility.
Key　Requirement：Bachelor　degree　or　above，major　in　Textile　Engineering，Fashion　Design　and　related.Over　10　years　merchandising　experience　in　garment　and/or　fabric　merchandising.Sound　knowledge　for　fabric.Good　command　of　MS　Excel，PowerPoint　and　other　software.Good　command　of　written　and　oral　English　skills，mandarin　native，Cantonese　speaker　is　preferred.Able　to　work　under　pressure.
