Main responsibilities:在考虑商务条款及采购战略方针的基础上，贯彻、执行采购供应市场及技术信息的研究，对周边环境及竞争对手的研究，并发现潜在的供应商；Carry out supply market studies and studies of technological groups and their environment and competition,and detect potential supply sources,taking into consideration the business policies and the purchasing strategies;在已存在的信息资料基础上，管理所获得的信息以及对报价信息收集，与工艺开发团队及质保部门配合进行供应商的分析和筛选，并做出相应的决定；Manage the acquisition of information and the collection of bids,and coordinate the PDT&Q.A.dep.to analyze the supplier selection and make a relevant decision,based on the established parameters;按照公司要求采购相关的电气零配件；Purchase electrical parts according to company requirement;根据现有的流程，与质量和售后服务部门一起，按照他们的标准流程，进行构思和工作的计划安排；Propose ideas and work with the Quality and Prevention Service Departments in their standardization processes,according to the established procedures;处理年度或相应期间内，与所选择供应商间的洽谈，管理进程直至合同的签订。Handle annual or relevant-period negotiations with suppliers selected from their area,and manage their conversion into signed agreements.
任职要求：Job Qualifications:ü学历：机电一体化专业本科以上学历。Education:Bachelor Degree in Mechantronicsü工作经验：四年以上电气产品行业工作经验，至少两年以上欧美制造类企业(压机或钢板剪切线行业)相关采购工作经验。Working Experience:More than 4 years working experience in electrical industry.At least two years of purchase experience in presses or steel industry in European or American manufacturing enterprises.ü年龄：26~35Age:26~35ü技能：Skills：-语言：双语-中文和英文；Language:Bilingual C Chinese&English;-优秀的电气及机械专业知识；Good knowledge of electrical and machinery;-熟练应用相关电气及机械设计软件及Excel,Word 等办公软件；Be practiced with electrical and mechanical design software and Microsoft Excel,word and so forth;-良好的谈判技巧；Good negotiating skills;-能经常出差；Will to travel;-良好的沟通、组织、计划能力；Good communication and planning skills with well organized character;-积极主动，诚实，能独立工作并承受压力；Aggressive,initiative,honest,and can work independently and under pressure.
