职位描述:

Position Title: Global Sourcing Manager
Report to: Managing Director-Asia

Responsibilities:
-Develops full understanding of global market supply/demand dynamics and supply base for commodity/area assigned; Develop a"Best in Class"supply base in Asia;
-Reduce risk by understanding trade and political issues and incorporating into sourcing decisions
-Qualify supplier, measure supplier performance, capability and capacity in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions.
-Keep information up to date.
-Negotiate with suppliers on the pricing of current and new products;
-Solicit quotations from potential suppliers with the help of(divisional)product managers;
-Identifies, measures and documents cost savings goals and objectives to realize opportunities and achieve cost reduction targets;
-Coach&supervise two sourcing agent; And
-Any others tasks assigned when necessary

Requirements:
-Cherish the core values of our Asia operations
-Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, English, etc.
-About six years working experience in toy, home appliances, Arts&crafts or other house ware industries with a minimum of three years supervisory roles in a multinational company as a sourcing lead for major North American Retailers/wholesalers.
-Excellent communication skills with good written&Spoken English&Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese)
-A reputable team leader, well organized, and have the ability to prioritize multitasks and operate under pressure; Promote knowledge transfer and sharing across teams
-Experience in developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers
-Excellent negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product, payment, price and delivery
-Results-driven and self-motivated; High sense of urgency
-Knowledge of&exposure to Lean Manufacturing Process and Six Sigma would be helpful.
-Some sample making experience and ability to read technical drawings preferred, but not required Up to 80%traveling

岗位职责
1、负责供应商开发和招标工作;
2、负责供应商技术、质量论证及项目评估等立项工作;
3、项目实施方案和实施计划的编制;
4、项目的组织、管理和实施;
5、协调项目相关单位和部门的关系,确保项目按时、保质、保量完成;
6、提供项目的进度、质量、成本、风险等方面的报表;
7、协调项目相关单位和部门,进行产品测试工作;
8、客户服务、项目的交货验收及相关后续工作。

任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历,机械、电子类等相关专业;
2、5年以上相关采购行业管理工作经验,有中型企业经历者优先考虑;
3、熟悉采购业务运作流程,有电源或家具等行业采购经验者优先考虑;
4、熟练的英语和计算机操作技能,良好的统计分析技能,具备一定的管理、协调、人际沟通、商务谈判能力;
5、敬业务实,性格开朗,吃苦耐劳,协作意识及团队精神强。
