宝马（中国）汽车贸易有限公司（Senior Logistics Quality Specialist）

Key Objective:
Assure the logistic process capability and stability within BMW's production network,both in the product development process,and in the series production through responsible planning,coordination and implementation of appropriate design measurements within the supply chain process including supplier qualification to meet BMW logistics requirements.

Main tasks:
-Daily control of the supplier performance and the targets with view to dates and quantities as well as regular supplier evaluations using the SCQ methods and tools
-Initiate,prepare and participate in logistic troubleshooting processes,agreement on appropriate improvement measures with the supplier,controlling these measures
-Agreement on appropriate improvement measures with suppliers and follow up
-Provision of input with view to the selection of suppliers,project assessment and RMT on the basis of his experience and the results of the annual supplier evaluation
-Participation in the strategic development of the supply chain process and logistics quality planning
-Participation,leadership with view to the development of a concept for group-wide methods and logistics quality management tools and their enhancement
-Responsible planning,coordination and implementation of development measures in the supply chain process
-Implementation of logistic problem solving process including verification processes and the implementation of logistic process analyses to identify weaknesses in the supply process and agreement of appropriate measures for a sustainable improvement of the supplier's supply capability and process stability
-Implementation of the logistic share in the project evaluation for a risk assessment with view to the suppliers
-Representation for all logistic areas,and active participation in the selection of suppliers in cooperation with Purchasing,Quality Assurance,Parts Supply and Development.
-Transparency of the current project status through a regular analysis of the results and representation of all logistic issues with regard to internal and external process partners in connection with the SCQ processes

Know how:
-Several years of professional experience in the field of logistics/material planning,preferable in the car industry or a supplier
-Sound knowledge of logistic processes in the car industry,particularly with view to changes in KOVP and Supply Chain Management
-Knowledge of supply planning processes including packing,transport,material flow and logistic costs
-Specialist knowledge concerning the interconnections of material control systems,knowledge with view to quality methods(e.g.Audit,MPM)
-Ability to work in a team,assertiveness and good communication skills
-Highly developed sense of responsibility and a feeling for costs
-Initiative of his own
-Analytical skills
-Flexibility
-University or technical college diploma in industrial engineering or business administration preferably with logistics as specialist area,or commercial or industrial/technical professional training and advanced training qualifications(e.g.business economist VWA)or equivalent qualification.
