Job Description:
Generate monthly production plan,weekly production scheduling based on the demand planning and sales forecast;Control the inventory level and ensure the accuracy of the plan by integrating all respects of information;
根据市场需求及销售预测编制月度生产计划、周生产排程，控制存货水平，确保计划准确且整合各方面的信息；
Generate purchasing orders based on the material level and production planning;Follow up with purchasing teams for the material status to ensure the execution of the material purchasing planning;
根据原材料库存及生产计划制订物料需求计划，建立采购订单；与采购部门跟踪采购订单，以掌握采购物品的及时状况，确保物料采购计划的执行；
Monitor and follow up the production progress and the real status based on the production plan;Keep production\customer service\logistic updated for any adjustments to ensure on time delivery;监控/
跟踪生产执行情况，根据生产计划的实际运行状况，跟踪及调整计划并及时通知部门和相关人员；协调生产、销售、物流等部门，确保如期供货；
Responsible for the control of material;Manage and monitor the stock;负责生产物料的控制；对库存物料进行审核、管理；
Regularly review,update and optimize planning parameter,inventory target,ABC classification,and production cycles;
回顾、更新和优化计划参数、库存目标、管理分级和生产周期；
Generate inventory planning to achieve agreed stock target and agreed customer service level;
编制库存计划以达到设定的库存目标和客户服务水平；
Understand the maintenance planning,operating procedures and channels of parameters required by the position;
了解检修计划，排产工作操作程序，了解岗位所需数据的取得来源及其作用；
Well versed the productivity,productivity specification and production process;
熟知公司各设备的生产能力、常规产品的规格及各设备主要生产品种及生产工艺过程；
Work with purchasing to define material capacity plan and contingency plan;与采购部门建立物流供应计划和应急方案；
Generate and monitor KPI report for makes continue improvement;
建立关键考核指标，达到持续改善；
Support plant manager to optimize planning process.
支持工厂厂长改进计划流程；
Qualifications:
College degree or above,major in statistics/computer science is preferred;
大专以上学历，统计、计算机专业优先考虑；
Minimum 5 years planning related experience and logistics/customer service understanding,FMCG industry preferred;
5年以上计划岗位工作经验，了解物流、客服工作流程，快速消费品行业优先考虑；
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
良好的沟通和人际交往技巧；
Strong analysis skills and good data sensitivity;
较强的分析能力和数据敏感性；
Able to communicate with English on writing,reading;Good spoken is a plus;
能用英文进行工作交流；
Good computer user,experience on ERP application is an advantage;
熟练操作电脑，最好在ERP应用方面有一定经验；
