职位描述:
Responsibilities：
-Continually minimize the purchase cost increasing and collaborate with lead buyer to control it in line with enterprise’s spring forecast
-Optimize the site purchasing＆procurement procedure and process to improve the working efficiency and accuracy
-Monitor the site purchasing＆procurement performance indicators and monthly report to site GM＆direct manager
-Ensure the PACT and PAM operation on time and in full Requirements：
-3 years experience on a site with knowledge of purchasing processes
-Chinese mother tongue，Good oral and written profitiency in English necessary，French is a plus
