Skill Sets：
1.Familiar with SAP
2.Good communication/negotiation skill in both English and Chinese
Main Responsibility：
1.Review requisitions and MRP output
2.Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as availability and delivery schedule.
3.Orders，reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output.
4.Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased，
costs，delivery and inventories.
5.Manages supplier for lead time，delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
