职位描述:
任职要求：
1. Diploma degree or above;
大专以上学历；
2.1 year experience of electronic components/PCBA sourcing within EMS industry;
1年电子元器件采购经验，特别是电子行业PCBA的采购；
3. Good qualification in communication and negotiation and good understanding of commercial and purchase processes;
沟通和协调能力强，熟知商业采购流程；
4. MS office tools and good writing & reading ability in English;
熟练使用Office办公工具，良好的英语读写能力；
5. Good team work spirit.
具有很强的团队合作精神。
职位职责：
1. Analyze the market, search & develop new suppliers and strictly monitor & manager the suppliers' performance;
2. Negotiate with suppliers of all kinds of agreements in order to optimize the price level and ensure on time delivery and delegate quality control. Meanwhile, searching for the replacement material to set up a stronger supplier panel lead & participate suppliers quality improvement projects;
3. Ensure good, transparent and effective communication with the technical and QA department in order to use efficiently the given resources, timely feedback and cooperate with technical/QA department and supplier to solve problems;
4. Set up related purchase documents for technical and quality control, analyze and provide Unit's Sourcing indicators in order to pilot Business Sourcing Strategy.
