Key　Roles　and　Responsibilities：Lead　purchasing　program　activities　in　accordance　with　GPDS　and　other　program　requirements　Manage　the　ESWP　process　and　ensure　that　parts　are　sourced　on　time　and　Sourcing　Agreements　are　prepared　and　provided　to　the　Buyers　to　issue　to　suppliers.Develop　overall　sourcing　strategy　and　sourcing　process　Involve　the　Sourcing　PAT　to　ensure　that　all　Stake　Holder　views　on　sourcing　are　addressed　Drive　and　coordinate　the　Target　setting　process　with　team　of　4.Support　builds（e.g.Launch　Engineering　Change　cost　and　timing，resolve　supply＆quality　issues，etc.）and　support　Material　Logistic　Analysts（MLAs）in　attendance　at　various　launch　meetings　such　as　Open-ToGo，Pink，Shortage　Management，etc.（GSR/PJM　involved　based　on　program　scale）Act　as　primary　Purchasing　liaison　with　Assembly　Plants　for　supply　issues.（PVT，Launch　Team，IQ，Material　Control，etc.），and　assist　STA　as　required　with　quality　issues.Provide　CBG/Central/Core　Purchasing　with　program　timing　requirements　to　ensure　that　Purchasing　deliverables　are　met　on　time.Trouble　shoot　numerous　systems　interface　issues　e.g.part　release（WERS-EASI-CMMS-GPIRS）。Inform　new　Buyers　of　PD　processes　and　Purchasing　Program　deliverables.Provide　Suppliers　with　Program　information（timing，supplier　meetings，build　dates，etc.）。Clarify　Purchasing　processes　to　Program　Teams　Develop　and　maintain　ongoing　communication　networks　with　Plants，Engineering，R＆VT，Purchasing，and　Suppliers　to　facilitate　nimble　resolution　of　issues.Actively　participate　in　cross-functional　teams.
Qualifications　and　Skills：Candidates　should　have　a　strong　educational　background，preferably　to　degree　level　or　equivalent　and　should　be　prepared　to　travel　when　required.Engineer　qualification　preferred.Prior　purchasing　experience（Commodity　and/or　program）is　mandatory.Good　business　acumen　and　Cost　structure　exposure.Excellent　numerical　and　verbal/written　communications　skills.PC/Systems　skills　and　awareness，purchasing　systems　awareness（e.g.WIPS，NDPD，etc）an　advantage.Excellent　interpersonal　skills.Fluent　English　is　must
