Requirements：Experience with Excel，Word and server based computer systems.Able to learn new hardware/software programs and equipmentUnderstand business needs and develop a procurement plan appropriate to such need；Analyze cost alternatives and identify preferred optionsPrepare purchase order/contract drafts appropriate to specific procurement need；Understand the activities within the buying office and proactivelCommitment to business ethics policy and conduct Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of interface（both internally and externally）Ability to work effectively in the varying roles of team leader and team member Understanding of all purchasing procedures and practices experience and judgment to recognize the level of involvement required of others Attention to detail，thoroughness，and organizational skills necessary to ensure the successful completion of activities Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to work with a variety of people with diverse and changing needsKnowledge of Sourcing，procurement，and Accounts PayableFluent in Chinese and English.Good presentation skills and writing skillsStrong networking skills Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities for most efficient/effective accomplishment of workSelf motivation with minimum supervision.Ability to handle sensitive information/data in a confidential manner About 5 years of sourcing/procurement work experience in multi-national companies is preferred Responsibilities：Plan for the Annual strategic objectives/cost reduction objectives of W/C Purchasing and lead the team for execution.Help on the RFQ activities with new suppliers，and lead the team for business contract negotiation.Develop the existing supply chain under the helping of Global Commodity Team，approve the new added/changed suppliers for W/C.Support on W/C supply chain management，involving in big quality issues caused by suppliers.Maintain a disciplined process to ensure materials availability to support production activities per the Master production Schedule without creating materials liability for company.Ensure for on time submission for all kinds of reporting.Ensure team members are given proper training，tools，and resources to execute their responsibilities.Develop，motive，and challenge employees to perform to their full potential.
