职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
-Understand the company products and its application in customer process very well.
-Build up and maintain good relationship with the customers. Fully understand the customer‘s needs and their situation.
-Contract review for both technical and commercial items to assure to fulfill the customer’s requirements.
-Follow up the orders status,including order checking,order booking,production,delivery,invoice and A/R collection,etc.
-Coordinate the new products development and introduce to the marketing.
-Coordinate and handle the complaint from the customer.
-Collect the information of competitor.
Requirements:
-University degree in Metallurgy or Heat Transfer in ACR.
-Working experience(2-3 years)with tube production or ACR.
-English good spoken and written. Understanding of International Business is valued.
-Good problem solving skills,can work independently.
-Good communication skills and teamwork.
-Honesty and respect for company values.
-Ready for travel frequently.
