Primary Accountabilities:
1.Formulate,document and execute regional Sourcing Strategies,cost forecasts,and negotiation plans.
2.Use RFIs/RFPs,leveraging,and benchmarking to deliver business results and competitive advantage.
3.Analyze suppliers and markets to identify tends,opportunities for marketplace advantage,and new ideas for products,processes and services.
4.Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships.
5.Represent Purchasing on cross-functional teams.
6.Establish and execute pertinent written requirements.
7.Gather information about competitors'material,technologies,supply base,sourcing strategies,etc.to benchmark competitors'costs,services,etc.
8.Manufacturing facility point-of-contact.
9.Responsibilities include up to 10%travel.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree.
2.1-3 Years in Cross countries and Cross functions expereince.
3.4-6 Years in Analytical or commercial project experience.
4.Good communication skill.
5.Fluent English.
6.Can travel.
