Assists to search，identify，select and evaluate potential suppliers that could meet the organization’s standards of price，quality，timing and reliability of supply
协助寻找、筛选合格的供应商

Assists to conduct new commodity project，analyses and evaluates supplier’s quotations，negotiates price and delivery conditions
协助新项目的开展，分析和评估供应商报价，进行价格和商务条款谈判

Assists to follow up the whole process of sample development and pilot lot，ensure suppliers to reach the quality and timing target
协助跟进样品开发到首批的整个过程，确保供应商达到预期目标

Assists to coordinate with Piaggio group and supplier for commercial issues，such as price adjustment，less cooperation etc
协助解决集团与供应商的商务事宜，例如降价谈判等

Maintains up-to-date supplier information and status of order in database
及时更新供应商的状态信息

Transfers purchasing document or sample to supplier if needed and keeps in record
存档、转发相关文件和样品给供应商

Coordinates with other function teams to promote the project
协调其他部门，推动项目开展

Conducts other works assigned by Manager or superior
执行上级指派的其他任务

Requirements：
Excellent communication skills.Very Good spoken and written English.Directly communicate with oversea colleagues in English
优秀沟通技巧，流利的英语听说读写能力，能流利用英文与外国同事进行口头和书面交流
Bachelor degree，majored in Engineering or Mechanical，English is preferable
大学毕业，工程机械专业、英语专业等优先考虑

Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing or trading，or similar experience（work experience in Join-venture or foreign enterprise of automobile or motorcycle industry is preferable）
1-2年或以上采购，对外贸易或相关工作经验（外资或合资公司汽车、摩托车行业背景优先考虑）

Good ability of cost evaluation＆analysis
