Select supplier and help develop Supplier Selection Criteria and Strategy.
Project purchasing，MRO，tooling，and capital equipment responsibility.Be responsible for
flawless launch of new projects.Implement aggressive sourcing and supplier quality processes
to drive project implementation
Help establish negotiation strategy，evaluate vendor quotations that utilize appropriate
negotiation and purchasing techniques to ensure quality，price，delivery，and service.
Achieve annual cost reduction objectives.Ensure appropriate detailed cost analysis and
negotiations are performed to achieve best value
Prepare and review contracts，bids，proposals，and vendor agreements for legal correctness，
price，and acceptability of items to specifications.
Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability
and prepares market analysis reports.
Release order for tooling，gage，samples and MRO purchasing；follow up delivery and quality
status
Key interface with Engineering and drives Early Supplier Involvement activities.
Reviews prospective supplier facilities to determine their eligibility to supply Inalfa
Perform supplier capacity reviews to determine potential supplier constraints and establish
actions as appropriate to eliminate them
Provide Monthly Report identifying major issues and progress against major objectives
Be able to work flexible hours when required to complete tasks.
Qualification：
Bachelor Degree in business or engineering Familiar with TS 16949
7 years automotive purchasing experience.Prefer sunroof or MRO experience
Understanding of Automotive quality systems
Proven track record for achieving cost reductions
Strong cost analysis and negotiation skills
Familiarity dealing with multiple currencies
Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
