Job’s　goals　工作目标
To　follow　and　push　the　delivery　from　suppliers　for　mass　production　orders，and　make　sure　the　company　has　enough　material　to　finish　the　sales　orders　on　time　and　ship　to　customer.跟进大货供应商订单的交货，以确保公司有足够的物料并按时完成客户的销售订单。

Main　responsabilities　主要职责
-To　place　the　purchase　order　to　suppliers，get　confirmation　about　delivery　date　and　feedback　supervisor　supplier’s　confirmation.下达采购订单给供应商，与供应商确认交货日期并反馈情况给采购主管。
-Follow　the　delivery　date　of　placed　orders，and　coordinate　between　company（quality　and　Eng.department）and　suppliers　when　there　is　any　problem　to　affect　the　delivery　date　in　order　to　get　a　smooth　delivery　from　suppliers.跟进以下订单的交货日期，如有任何问题影响交货情况的，协调品管，工程部门和供应商，解决存在的问题，使生产顺畅直达交货。
-Coordinate　well　with　supervisor　and　the　planner　to　push　back　enough　material　from　suppliers　in　order　to　reduce　the　products　cost.能较好协助主管和计划员从供应商处催促足够的物料以不断降低公司生产成本。
-Check　with　suppliers　about　monthly　payment　for　delivery　goods，and　arrange　the　payment　application　in　order　financial　department　can　arrange　the　payment　on　time.每月和供应商核对已经送交验收合格的产品的货款，并准备付款申请，以便财务部可以按时安排付款。

Qualifications　and　experience　required　资历要求
Main　competences
1/（married　and　with　baby　already　is　preferred）（已婚，有小孩的优先）
2/have　experience　with　suppliers　in　following，pushing，bargaining（in　order　to　achieve　the　company　necessity）for　the　orders.具有和供应商在订单方面跟进，催促，商讨并达到公司需求的能力。3/patient　enough　in　work.对工作有足够的耐心。Background　requirementNo　specific　requirement，but　experienced　people　is　peferred.没有特定的学历要求，有经验者优先。

Experience
1/Has　experience　in　dealing　with　suppliers，can　solve　some　problems　with　suppliers　individually　有和供应商打交道的经验，并能独立处理一些供应商的问题。
2/good　at　micro　office　ability　and　out　look.擅长使用micro　office和outlook　等办公软件；
