职位描述:

1.Job purposeThe jobholder has responsibility for developing and delivering total logistics solutions(TLS)and,in particular,Ecosima program(餐厅库房管理优化方案)in China and support this initiative in Greater Asia
2.Key Responsibilities Ecosima Program in China-Lead Ecosima team in providing analysis and design to achieve optimal restaurant support solutions to meet customer needs,and to manage them effectively.-Utilize appropriate software tools for developing,modeling,evaluating and selecting restaurant support solutions.-Produce analytical reports and present proposals/results to customers.-Develop and prepare project and process documents.-Lead in internal and external change management process before and during program implementation.-Assure Ecosima execution in consistent and effective manner.-Build relationship,establish trust and rapport and sustain effective communication with business partners.
Support the implementation of total logistics solutions in China-Implement logistics solutions and facilitate the transfer of best practice with the team and across the region.-Ensure alignment with corporate philosophy,objectives and strategy.
People Development-Lead,mentor,develop and build an effective Ecosima team.-Develop and execute succession plans and personal development plans for subordinates.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
3.Requirements:-A bachelor degree in Logistics Management,Transport Management,Warehouse Management,Business Administration or related disciplines-Five years or above experience in operational management,planning and data analyse.Experience in distribution or logistics environment is highly desirable-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Excellent MS office applications-Good interpersonal,communication,presentation and analytical skills.Able to forge alliance and sell ideas.-Achievement oriented and able to drive changes-Proactive management style and self-motivated-Innovative and risk taking,pleasant,team player
