职位描述:
工作职责：
1. Market information collection and research；
2. Participating the strategy and action plan development regarding assigned commodity to ensure the suppliers to meet business requirement；
3. Locate new suppliers for various raw materials and finished goods；
4. Discuss specifications，timelines and expectations；
5. Communication with client′s stakeholders；
6. Task allocation，planning，organizing，and controlling project；
7. Sourcing strategy draw-up，task allocation，data analysis，supplier evaluation；
8. Support planning for any critical or urgent demands.
任职资格：
1. University graduate or above preferred；
2. Three to four years working experience in the food industry，companies like Kraft，MasterKong，etc. Or CPG companies like Wahaha，Coca-Cola，etc；
3. The candidate doesn’t necessarily possess sourcing/procurement experience，but he must has strong manufacturing experience in the food manufacturing processes such as food ingredient，etc；
4. Understanding on different supplier management systems and familarity on related technology and skills，and quality control procedure and requirement for food raw materials are highly preferred；
