Job　Description：
-Identify，qualify　and　develop　competitive，socially　compliant　suppliers，with　matched　capabilities　to　product　types；
-Work　with　international　product　management，sourcing　and　engineering　teams　for　development　of　new　products　and　modification　of　existing　products；
-Work　with　International　sourcing　team　on　assignment　and　prioritization　of　sourcing　projects；
-Assist　international　sourcing　team　in　negotiation　of　supplier　teams　and　contracts；
-Managing　quoting　process　and　negotiate　with　suppliers　on　costs，inventories，quality，and　production　schedules；
-Assist　QA　to　handle　vendor　disputes　and　quality　improvements；
-Make　routine　visits　to　supplies　and　factories；assist　in　supplier　product　approval；
-Manage　supplier　project　timelines；
-Foster　a　teamwork　environment；
-Initiate　tooling　projects　where　required；
-Liaison　for　product　development　needs　and　supply　base；
-Work　with　relative　departments　to　ensure　compliance　with　company　standards，procedures，etc. ；
-Manage　overall　supplier　performance. Reviews＆communicates　forecasts，production　schedules，continual　improvement，lean　manufacturing，vendor　performance　and　related　projects　on　a　regular　basis　with　suppliers.

Requirements：
-Bachelor　degree　or　above，with　engineering　background；
-More　than　2　years　experience　in　sourcing　or　purchasing　function；
-Experience　in　components　and　toolings　such　as　machinery，plastic；
-Strong　interpersonal　and　analytical　skills，problem　solving，and　organizational　skills；
-Knowledge　of　various　domestic　and　foreign　manufacturing　disciplines；
-Self-motivated　and　able　to　work　in　a　team　environment；
-Honesty，integrity　and　ability　to　maintain　a　high　degree　of　confidentiality　is　required；
-Fluent　written　and　spoken　English　and　Mandarin；
-Computer　literate　in　Word，Excel　and　PowerPoint.
