职位描述:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. To plan，organize and direct the purchasing，planning，import and export，warehousing and shipping functions总体上计划组织和指导采购，计划，进出口，仓库和运输等职能部门事宜；
2. Manage production planning and order handling and ensure on time delivery to customer 管理生产计划和订单处理相关事宜以确保客户订单的准时交货
3. Be fully responsible for warehouse operation so as ensure a safe and efficient warehouse work environment through continual improvement of the practices and facility. 全面指导和管理仓库工作，通过持续改进确保仓库能够安全高效有序的运转
4. To direct and control daily activities that ensure efficient and effective operations including inventory security and turn-around of orders. 管理和控制库存，包括提高库存周转率并确保合理的安全库存
5. Responsible for managing company’s Import＆Export issues and make sure its fully compliance to customs regulations 全面负责本公司的进出口事务并确保其符合海关法律法规
6. To ensure that the carriers chosen will provide consistent on-time shipments at minimal cost while maximizing customer satisfaction. 选择合适的货代公司，确保进出物流的顺畅，降低物流成本，提高各户满意度
7. Be fully responsible for MRO purchasing全面负责非生产性物料的采购
8. Deal with customs＆CIQ relationship. 处理好与海关及商检的关系9. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manager the logistics and warehouse operations to meet or exceed goal and cost expectations by optimization of the correct processes and use of systems. 优化物流和供应链流程，确保高效有序的运行，以达到或超过公司设定的目标。
10. Develop an annual plan，including goals，strategies and resource requirements for the operation of logistics functions. 制定物流部门的年度工作计划，包括年度目标和资源预算等
11. To train and coach subordinates as well as develop organization development in the long run. 管理和培训本部门的员工以及规划物流部门的长远发展
12. Making monthly report 相关报表的制作JOB
SPECIFICATIONS/岗位资格
1. A Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration，Operations Management or equivalent. 本科学历，工商管理专业
2.5 years experience at manager level. 5年以上管理职位经验
3. Solid experience in import and export，Customs issue. 丰富的进出口知识
4. Proven track record and commitment to meeting customer requirements 良好的物流行业操作记录
5. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 流利的英语读写能力
6. Trainings to be received before on job通过公司对该岗位的岗前培训方可正式上岗，具体培训内容如下：
A）Familiar with Novenco Wuxi product 熟悉公司产品
B）Familar with Novenco Wuxi business flow and mode 了解公司订单流程和贸易方式。
C）Familar with Logistics organization and basic flow 了解本部门的组织结构和基本流程
D）Familiar with Novenco supplier and customer info 了解公司供应商和客户信息
E）Familiar with Baan system熟悉BAAN系统的操作
F）Familiar with KPI of logistics 了解本部门年度考核指标
